Swans Way began in 1980 as an innovative restaurant serving international down-home cooking to a devoted clientele. The catering business grew out of that successful start and continues to be committed to the creative use of fresh, local seafood and native organic produce grown just for us. We grow our own herbs and garnishes. Our wait staff is enthusiastic, obsessively attentive and professional. Our kitchen staff is skilled and culinarily flexible. We love the beauty, taste and texture of food and make sure that exuberance is reflected in everything we cook for you.
